3E SECURITY
Overview
3E Security is a mobile application that bridges the hiring gap between security employers and security professionals. Currently, employers rely heavily on agencies to recruit staff, with limited ability to assess quality and suitability beforehand. This process is often time-consuming, costly, and leaves employers fully dependent on agencies to find the right security personnel. 3E Security enables employers to connect directly with qualified security guards, removing third-party dependency and creating a faster, more transparent hiring experience.

Role & Responsibilities
As a solo Product designer working on 3E Security, I led an end to end design process from research to implementation, collaborating with Product manager, Graphic designer, QA engineer, Developers, managing client and client meetings. My design for this project included research, workshops, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, final design specs and launching strategy. During the design process I made sure product is scalable and future proof.
